64 year old woman who was unhappy with developing jowls, neck skin looseness and bands, lower eyelid bags and heavy upper eyelids. Surgery consisted of upper blepharoplastiy, Trans-conjuntival loer blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting and SMAS face and neck lift. Post op pictures were taken 6 months after surgery.
