43 y/o Female after completing her breast reconstruction journey. Following a bilateral mastectomy, she began staged reconstruction with tissue expanders. Six months later she underwent a DIEP flap (Deep inferior Epigastric perforator) reconstruction to restore breast volume using her own tissue from her abdomen. Her results demonstrate a natural breast shape and contour.
