Details

This woman had a breast augmentation when she was much younger. She’s had a significant increase in the size of her breasts after menopause that caused her significant neck and back pain. She wanted smaller, proportionate breasts and to achieve this, breast revision surgery was performed that included a breast reduction and implant exchange to a smaller breast implant. The pictures on the right were taken one year following surgery. She is very happy with the size, contour and shape of her breasts.
