Details

62 year old with complaints of upper back and shoulder pain and intertriginous rashes because of her asymmetric large and hanging breasts. Bra size pre op was 36 DDD and she wanted to be C-D cup after surgery. Breast reduction was performed using a medial pedicle technique, removing 325 grams per side and elevating the nipples and removing the excess skin.
