Details

This 70 year old woman underwent a left mastectomy for breast cancer and was reconstructed with a prepectoral (over the muscle) breast implant. Her right breast was reduced and lifted to achieve better symmetry. Her post op pictures are shown 8 months after her mastectomy and reconstruction. She opted not to have nipple areola reconstruction.
