This patient in her 60s presents now over 20 years after a breast reduction surgery, complaining of recurrent droopiness of both breasts. She had difficulty finding clothing to fit her sagging breasts. The shape and contour of her breasts was improved with bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) surgery.
