This healthy young woman lost over 100 pounds all on her own through diet and exercise.
She was left with excessive abdominal skin laxity after massive weight loss. The post op pictures on the right are seven months after an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) combined with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks.
