Meet Sarah

Sarah Malaniak, MBA, CASC, is the chief operating officer at The Peer Group for Plastic Surgery. Since starting her healthcare journey in 1998, Sarah has spent a majority of her career in the Ambulatory Surgical Center industry. She has extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare operations overseeing the business, financial, regulatory, and clinical aspects. Sarah obtained her bachelor of science in business administration from Berkeley College in 2008 and her healthcare MBA from The George Washington University School of Business in 2023. Sarah also holds the CASC certification, which she obtained in 2014. Recently, Sarah was chosen to be a mentor out of a selective group of leaders for the prestigious national ASC Development Program. She lives Wood-Ridge, NJ, with her husband, Daniel, and has three sons: Nicholas, Matthew, and Chase. Sarah is a fierce advocate for organ donation and transplantation, being a transplant survivor herself. In her spare time, Sarah volunteers her time to The NJ Sharing Network and various other non-profit organizations.
