A rhinoplasty, also known as a nose job or nose surgery, is a procedure performed to enhance the size and shape of the nose. The nose is the central feature of the face, which means it is largely responsible for the overall balance of the face as well as complementing the surrounding facial features. A rhinoplasty can address the bridge and base of the nose to produce a shape that best suits the other facial features.

How Much Does a Rhinoplasty Cost?

The exact cost of treatment will vary depending on your unique treatment goals and the specific approach we take to treatment. During your initial consultation, we thoroughly discuss your cosmetic goals in order to determine the rhinoplasty technique that is best for you. Once we develop a customized treatment plan, we will be able to inform you of the exact cost of treatment. You can learn more about the cost of your treatment and your payment options by visiting our financing page.

What is the Rhinoplasty Procedure Like?

The rhinoplasty procedure will vary depending on your treatment goals and the treatment plan we develop during your consultation. Treatments begin with delivering anesthesia, ensuring you remain safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. For the rhinoplasty surgery, incisions are typically made on the inside of the nose. In some cases, incisions may be required in the columella, which is the piece of tissue between the nostrils. Through these incisions, we can reposition cartilage and trim the nasal bone to produce the desired results. After these steps are complete, the incisions are sealed and the treatment is complete.

What is the Rhinoplasty Recovery Like?

The recovery process for a rhinoplasty will vary depending on the extent of treatment performed. Most patients experience swelling, bruising and discomfort for a few weeks after their treatment. You may need to take time away from work and other activities in order to rest and heal following your surgery. We also recommend patients abstain from any exercise or heavy lifting for at least a month after treatment.

What Results Can I Expect from a Rhinoplasty?

The results from rhinoplasty surgery are visible soon after treatment, and will be permanent. Keep in mind it can take a few months for all swelling to fade and for the final results of treatment to be visible.
