Breast Augmentation

Patient Information: This 42 year old mother of 3 wanted to restore the breast volume that she lost following her pregnancies. She is 5’ 1’ tall, weighs 110 Lbs., and exercises regularly. Her bra size was a 34 “A” cup and she wanted to have breasts that were fuller but remained proportional to her small frame. She underwent submuscular augmentation with 176 cc, midrange profile, round smooth silicone implants manufactured by Allergan using an inframammary fold (under the breast) incision. Her post-op pictures were taken 6 months after surgery, and her current bra size is 32 “D”.

Patient Information: This 41 year old woman, 5’7″ 123 lbs, wanted to increase the size of her breasts from an “A” cup to a moderate “C” cup bra size. A submuscular (behind the muscle) breast augmentation was performed with 371cc silicone-filled breast implants using an inframmary or breast fold incisions. She had an excellent result and is shown here five months after her surgery.
