Patient Information: After three pregnancies this 39 year old, 5’1″ tall, 98 lbs. woman wanted to improve the shape and size of her breasts and tighten the loose skin and muscles of her abdomen. She is shown 4 months after breast augmentation and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The breasts implants were 304cc mid-range profile round smooth silicone implants and were placed below the muscle through an inframammary (breast fold) incision.

Patient Information: After four pregnancies this 40 year old, 5’6” tall, 145 lb. woman wanted to improve the shape and size of her breasts and tighten the loose skin and muscles of her abdomen. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The breasts implants used were 360cc round smooth saline implants and were placed behind the Pectoralis muscle (retropectoral) through a periareolar (around the border of the areola) incision.
