The Group was founded when Dr. Lyndon Peer began his plastic surgery practice in the 1930’s. Dr. Peer was a pioneer plastic surgeon and scientist who did much to advance and develop the discipline of reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. As the Group has expanded and evolved, it has always maintained a strong commitment to excellence, teaching, and to performing facial plastic surgery and other procedures during humanitarian trips abroad.

Each of our board certified plastic surgeons, serving Morristown, Short Hills, Florham Park, Madison, East Hanover and the surrounding northern New Jersey regions of Morris County and beyond, has completed rigorous training in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body. Our plastic surgeons top the lists of leading plastic surgery specialists and have won many awards and honors, as well as the respect of their fellow New Jersey physicians in many fields.
