The Group was founded when Dr. Lyndon Peer began his plastic surgery practice in 1930. Dr. Peer was a pioneer plastic surgeon and scientist who did much to advance and develop the discipline of plastic surgery. As the Group has expanded and evolved, it has always maintained a strong commitment to excellence, teaching, and to humanitarian trips abroad. Each of our board certified plastic surgeons in New Jersey has completed rigorous training in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body.

Plastic surgeon Richard Hawrylo, M.D., is expertly trained to perform a
variety of plastic surgery procedures at our New Jersey practice such as rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, breast augmentation, gynecomastia, and abdominoplasty.
He received his medical degree from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.
Dr. Hawrylo is certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery
and in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of
multiple preeminent professional organizations, including the American Society of
Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the Medical
Society of New Jersey, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. David Lange is a caring and artistic plastic surgeon extensively trained in both plastic and
reconstructive surgery. Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery,
Dr. Lange specializes in plastic surgery of the face and body. A graduate from New York
University and from the UAG Medical School, Dr. Lange distinguished himself with five
years of training in general surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center followed by a plastic
surgery residency at St. Louis University. He then completed his cosmetic training with
renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Robby Meijer. His areas of expertise include facelift, brow
lift, neck lift, rejuvenation of the eyelids, permanent lip, cheek, and chin enhancement,
and facial contouring. His most requested cosmetic procedures for the body are liposuction,
breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, and abdominoplasty or "tummy tuck". Time
and attention is taken during all consultations so that individual questions and concerns can
be appropriately addressed. Potential results are visualized by reviewing before and after
photographs and utilizing computer imaging. Dr. Lange has served as the chairman of the Department
of Plastic Surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center. His professional affiliations include the
American Society of Aesthetic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New
Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association. Dr. Lange is active
in humanitarian and charitable organizations here in New Jersey and abroad, giving children with

Dr. Isaac Starker is a talented plastic surgeon whose technical knowledge and
artistic eye combine to achieve stunning yet natural appearing plastic surgery results
here in New Jersey. Dr. Starker
performs the full spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He is trained in the
latest surgical techniques and in the use of the most advanced technology, including lasers,
endoscopy, ultrasound and power-assisted liposuction, and computer imaging.
His surgical philosophy is based upon the premise that successful plastic
surgery is a collaboration between patient and surgeon. Dr. Starker feels that he has to
take the time to listen to his patient first, and only then can he suggest and perform surgery
that will meet his or her wishes.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Starker earned his
undergraduate and medical degrees from New York University and completed general surgery
and plastic surgery residencies at St Lukes-Roosevelt, Montefiore and Albert Einstein
University Hospitals. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is
active in the medical community. He maintains memberships in numerous professional
societies, including: the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American
Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American
Medical Association.
Dr. Francisco G. Colon is a dedicated and experienced plastic surgeon that
is able to expertly perform plastic surgery procedures in New Jersey for the body,
breast, and face. Dr. Colon
has experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Dr. Colon earned his medical degree from Columbia University College
of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He then completed his plastic surgery training
through Harvard Medical School at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and
the Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital. He is board certified by both the American
Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
Dr. Colon is an active member of the following prestigious medical organizations:
the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons,
the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Morris County Medical Society. He is
also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
