We are staffed by board certified anesthesiologists and board certified trained
plastic surgeons and nurses, all of whom maintain current medical certification
and regularly update their clinical skills through continuing education courses.

Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts
will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Everyone at our office is at your service. If you live in Morristown, Chatham,
Livingston, or Short Hills, New Jersey, you will find our office conveniently
located in Florham Park. Out of state patients, please let our office know that
you're coming in from out of town! We'll be happy to answer questions you may
have about visiting New Jersey!
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us
with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will
make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Our office provides on-call service for our patients with emergencies, 24
hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (973) 822-3000, and one of
our physicians will be contacted immediately.
Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover cosmetic procedures.
For those procedures that your insurance plan may cover, we will assist you
in the pre-authorization and claims filing process. We only participate with
Medicare. Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for
elective medical procedures. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with
a low-interest monthly payment plan.
As patients approach surgery, they frequently need information about the
various payment options and have questions about their potential insurance
benefits.
Our patient coordinators are readily available to meet with you personally
to provide the specific information you desire. They specialize in this area
and will use their expertise to help you obtain the maximum benefits from your
policy.
Patient financing is available through various programs. We offer financing through Capital One Healthcare Finance and Patient Financing Services. Click on the links below for easy access to those sites.

This service allows you to read and print patient forms. If you do not have
the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can get it for free by clicking on the
icon 'Get Acrobat® Reader'. This will take you to Adobe's website and enable
you to download the free Acrobat Reader program to your computer.
Save time and arrive at our office prepared for your appointment. Just click on each form, print it out, complete all of the information and either fax it to us at 973-822-1726 or bring them with you to your appointment.
