Payment Options
As patients approach surgery, they frequently need information about the various payment options and have questions about their potential insurance benefits.
Our patient coordinators are available to meet with you personally to provide the specific information you desire.
Most medical insurance plans will not cover cosmetic procedures. For those procedures that may be covered, we will assist you in the pre-authorization and claims filing process. Our physicians are participating Medicare providers. Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a low-interest monthly payment plan.
Patient financing is available through Care Credit®.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for our patients with emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (973) 822-3000, and one of our physicians will be contacted immediately.
Patient Forms
This service allows you to read and print patient forms. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can get it for free by clicking on the icon 'Get Acrobat® Reader'. This will take you to Adobe's website and enable you to download the free Acrobat Reader program to your computer.
Once you have printed the forms and filled them out, please mail to our office or bring them in personally.
